The app is divided into two interfaces. The management staff interface and the employee interface. Each employee is granted access to his/her data and to some of the modules available on the platform. Management staff can view information on every employee and has access to all functionalities of the Human Resources system.
With the Human Resources platform, you can create accounts for every employee. Simply fill in information such as: contact details, agreement type or working schedule.
Management staff can create profiles for new employees. The Human Resources system offers a lot of tools useful when managing data.
Retrieving data through the HR platform reduces costs (reduction of paper waste) and time (all data is sent online).
Each access operation of any employee is monitored. Any employee can be granted access to IT systems, phones or emails.
Depending on management staff needs, with the use of the HR platform employees t can fill out different kinds of forms (related to personal data, labor statements or staff requests).
Determine duration and the type of absence (holidays, medical leave, leave on demand) for each of your employees.
Your employee will submit a leave request through the Human Resources platform. Completed requests will be automatically passed to the person responsible for managing absences.
